Tracy is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and family owned businesses think big, play bigger and step out into the spotlight to build highly profitable businesses using her Business & Marketing Strategies.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration among many certifications. She lives in Grand Island, NE with her husband, three amazing children and two dogs.
Tracy’s Entrepreneurial Roots
Tracy Gardner grew up with parents and grandparents who were all successful entrepreneurs. They were the primer for Tracy’s own entrepreneurial path. Tracy’s parents owned a restaurant all throughout her childhood and her dad’s parents owned a farming operation (while also co-owning the restaurant). Her mother’s family was in the Travel Center and Convenience Store business.
One of the biggest influences was Tracy’s grandfather. Fred Bosselman is known as The Grand Daddy of the Truck Stoppers and owned the Bosselman Corporations. This corporation consisted of over 1400 employees. Tracy worked for her grandfather’s company all throughout college and into her career life as well. Her last position with Bosselman Energy was as Project Director where she ran the multi-million dollar project portfolio for the company. Due to this work experience, Tracy understands the dynamics of family business very well.
While Tracy was at Bosselman’s, she also helped her husband start his construction business. In 2005, Tracy co-founded a large childcare facility and preschool. The path Tracy has taken has led her through the management and founding of other businesses and ventures. In 2007, Tracy left the corporate world to start Pazaz Marketing which was a Marketing Firm that offered Marketing Strategies, Graphic Design, Copywriting, Media Buying, Large Format Printing, Promotional Products – everything from A-Z.
Tracy streamlined her company in 2009 to focus on working directly with small business owners to assist them in developing and growing their businesses using by incorporating video. It’s Tracy’s passion to motivate, inspire and empower small business owners and entrepreneurs.
Tracy grew up surrounded by an extraordinary family that was filled with very successful entrepreneurs. She knows the formula for success for both small and large businesses. Tracy’s mission is to guide you on the path to a wildly successful business.
